Yes. The LoyalTap app keeps every participating business’s loyalty card in one place, so customers can see progress, rewards and nearby partners.
The core interaction is a physical NFC stamp used by staff after payment. It is designed to feel as quick and familiar as stamping a paper card.
A QR fallback can be used inside the app when NFC is unavailable, while the normal flow remains tap-first.
Stamps are issued through the business-controlled flow rather than by customers themselves. The MVP is being built with verified stamp events and abuse monitoring in mind.
Pilot partners receive the LoyalTap NFC stamp setup, a branded digital loyalty card, customer app access, the business dashboard, core analytics, campaign tools and direct onboarding support.
LoyalTap is currently onboarding a small number of pilot businesses in Lithuania. Pilot partners work directly with the founder and help shape the first release.
